About a great yacht
- and a bit about her owners
Faustina II (or F2) is a Chuck Paine designed Bowman 40 cutter-rigged
yacht. She was built in England in 1992. She has been owned since 1996 by John
and Ann who live in Northern Ireland, where the boat is based. She is a great yacht - strong, safe and can easily be handled by a
short-handed crew - like us! We have had a lot of fun together sailing far and
wide. In the 'far' category we took 2 years to sail the North Atlantic
circuit spending lots of quality time cruising the Caribbean and the Atlantic
islands. Nearer to home we have sailed to Scotland, around Ireland, to France, Spain and Portugal. In 2005 we made a voyage to the Baltic. We would like to share our voyages with you.
